Add support for transparent-background exports
Some people requested the ability to just export the lyrics with a transparent background to use them as overlay in a regular video editor or streaming software. We should add an option to support this use case by given the option to export with tranparent background.

Some users prefer exports with a higher bitrate, while others prefer lower. We should add a setting that allow users to select low/medium/high quality to control the CRF value.

1-click Lyric Video Maker

More font options (Bold, italic) and custom .ttf/.otf upload
Being able to upload custom font files and to select bold/italic options would be a huge plus. My default video font is Arial, and I can’t find it on here - this combined with the fact that most fonts seem to use the bold variant by default doesn’t make it easy for me to adhere to my previously used design.

Customizable margin between lines
The current line margin looks a bit squished. I think being able to customize it would be great - maybe even increasing the default value. See the following pictures for reference: The first one gives the font “more space to breathe” :D

More specifically: One can create a group with a name (e. g. “Singer 1” or “Both” or “Background”) Each group consists of… Line text color Karaoke wipe effect color A default group for the whole song can be selected (for when you don’t assign a specific group to a line) After creating the groups, one can just leave each line at the default group or select one of the created groups for it - which leads to different colors for only specific lines. Hey, I tried signing up with my own domain (avd-karaoke.com) on the main site and it looks like it got blocked because of the domain. As other creators might use custom domains too, I’d suggest to just use some kind of blacklist feature here instead of a whitelist. Thanks!

Human-readable file name for downloaded mp4
Currently, videos seem to be downloaded in a pretty unreadable name (some kind of internal ID or similar). I’d suggest the name of the project with “safe” characters only (or e. g. replacing unsafe characters with an underscore). Also, but that’s just my personal opinion, spaces should be treated as unsafe too. ;)

Add confirmation modals to delete actions
I just accidentally deleted some lines in the sync editor. A delete confirmation modal (or even just a confirmation by having to click the delete button twice) would be an enormous advantage here.

Add wipe offset
Karaoke lyrics typically start wiping 50-100 ms before the person should be singing the lyric, due to human reaction time. This aids singer timing, especially if the singer doesn’t know the song by heart. I’ve noticed that the auto-sync tends to start lines late, so I have to adjust every word to wipe earlier. Even if the wipes started perfectly on time, they would still need to be adjusted. KBS has an offset feature that automatically will wipe earlier depending on that setting when the final track is rendered. KBS also has the ability to select all wipes and move them to earlier or later. Either of those functions would be suitable. I think an “offset” input that can manipulate all the wipes at once in realtime would be ideal.

Too much space is put between words
We should be able to control the spacing between words, and not just letter spacing. There seems to be a hard coded amount of spacing. It’s especially bad with certain fonts, such as League Gothic. If I reduce the letter spacing to minimum, it’s a cluster that still has too much space in between. It should look more like this.

Currently, if you delete a word from a synced line, the whole line loses its sync. We need to make this better and avoid losing the whole line sync when making edits to specific words.
